New walls in just 52 days? Ridiculous!!

by "Lars Wilson" <siaxares@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 11, 2008 at 03:55 PM

Please note that the WTS needs to confirm that the "city" which it connects

to the walls of Jerusalem were not rebuilt until the 20th of Artaxerxes,
long after the temple was completed in the 6th of Darius. Darius
allegedly
ruled 36 years, followed by a 21-year rule of Xerxes, then another 20
years
for Artaxerxes. So that's 30 plus 21 plus 20, which is 71 years. That
is,
no wall was built around Jerusalem up to 71 years after the temple was
completed. So the WTS wants us to think the temple was completed in a
wide
open city with no walls, thus anybody could just walk right up to the
temple
and into the city.

But this is absolutely necessary if you want to date the 20th of
Artaxerxes
to 455 BCE to fulfill the 70 weeks prophecy. The prophecy is linked to
when
the "word goes forth to rebuild Jerusalem." It doesn't say "walls", but
it
doesn't say temple either. So basically, the WTS needs us to believe that

the "temple" was not technically considered part of the "city" rebuilding.

But the walls were. That up until now, Jehovah's invisible protection was

protecting the city.

Then for some reason, all of a sudden, apparently Jehovah's invisible
protection ran out and now the Jews were under attack. Nehemiah rushes
there to manage the situation and seeing the wall, still destroyed by the
Babylonians and not rebuilt in all this time, not cleaned up, decides it
is
time to rebuild the wall. So he does so in record time! Only 52 DAYS!!!

Now is it really REASONABLE that Nehemiah built a double wall around the
entire city in just 52 days? Could builders in the modern world today
build a wall around Jerusalem in just 52 days? That's less than two
months!!! What kind of a wall could that have been. Yet the SUBLIMINAL
MIND-CONTROLLING skills learned from the Mysteries by the WTS suggests
that
there is archaeological evidence that the walls were hurriedly thrown up,
as
if to confirm the 52 days was a reality.

And everybody buys this because they don't think about it. But is the
Bible wrong or is the WTS just misrepresenting what the Bible says? Well,

YOU DECIDE. Let's consider Ezra 4:11

11 this is a copy of the letter that they sent concerning it:

"To Ar·ta·xerxŽes the king your servants, the men beyond the River: And
now 12 let it become known to the king that the Jews who came up here from

you to us have come to Jerusalem. They are building the rebellious and bad

city, and they proceed to finish the walls and to repair the foundations.

Now this is a letter to the king from the enemy of the Jews. But the king

had his own spies and re****ters. Is it reasonable that these enemies
would
LIE to the king about what the Jews were doing? Of course not. They were

concerned about this at this point, because once the walls were finished
the
Jews could lock them out and rebel with no problem. Note also that this
says they were rebuilding the "city". WHAT? And they actually say the

walls were FINISHED. So we know now that not only were the walls already
rebuilt but they were finished even before the temple was completed. This

is during the reign of Bardiya/Smerdis who ruled a few months before
Darius
I came to the throne. The temple work began in the 2nd year of Darius and

was completed in his 6th year.

So what about the 52-day wall of Nehemiah's day? What Nehemiah did was
simply REPAIR the new wall that had been damaged and by now, many years
later, was in disrepair. Jerusalem was not a wide open city for all those

years. The Jews didn't decide for some reason not to rebuld the wall of
their city and only the temple in the middle of a wide-open city, as the
WTS
wants to try and brainwash you into thinking occurred. It makes no sense.

Of course they would have had a wall.

What Nehemiah actually did was have the decorative stones on the outside
of
the walls replaced. These stones had been beaten off or fallen off over
time and the wall looked unkempt. That's why different sections of the
wall
were assigned to different ones. Further evidence the wall was already
there was because some sections were assigned to persons whose homes were
on
top of the wall. They were to repair the sections in front of their own
homes:

NEH 3:10 And at their side Je·daŽiah the son of Ha·ruŽmaph did repair
work
in front of his own house; and at his side HatŽtush the son of
Hash·ab·neiŽah did repair work.

20 After him BarŽuch the son of ZabŽbai worked with fervor [and]
repaired
another measured section, from the Buttress as far as the entrance of the
house of E·liŽa·****b the high priest.

21 After him MerŽe·moth the son of U·riŽjah the son of HakŽkoz repaired
another measured section, from the entrance of the house of E·liŽa·****b as

far as the end of E·liŽa·****b's house.

22 And after him the priests, men of the [Jordan] District, did repair
work. 23 After them Benjamin and HasŽshub did repair work in front of
their
own house. After them Az·a·riŽah the son of Ma·a·seiŽah the son of
A·na·niŽah did repair work close by his own house. 24 After him BinŽnu·i
the
son of HenŽa·dad repaired another measured section, from the house of
Az·a·riŽah as far as the Buttress and as far as the corner.

The WTS encourages us to think on the scriptures and to imagine the
reality
of the events in the Bible. So how do we imagine these verses with those
repairing the wall in front of their own homes? Where were these homes?
Were they on the ground along the torn down walls of 157 years ago when
Babylon destroyed them? Plus the prophecy begins when the "city" begins
to
be rebuilt. They want to exclude the temple as technically part of the
city,
but what about all these homes and other structures? All so close to the
perimeter of the torn down wall? Hardly! These homes were actually
incor****ated into the Wall and were on top of the wall. So when it says
"in
front of his house" it is talking about the wall in front of and below
that
home that is on top of the wall.

So the new wall was already rebuilt. We have lots of evidence it was
there,
and once we understand that, we have a realistic context for what Nehemiah

did with the people in 52 days. They were simply repairing the wall
sections, replacing the decorative stones that had fallen off. It was
laborious and challenging and even dangerous as the workers had to be
armed
since they were unprotected outside the wall, but they got the work done.
Even the repair work of the wall around the entire city was an amazing
accomplishment in just 52 days.

QUESTION FOR JWS FOLLOWING BLINDLY: Now one question that must be asked
by
JWs of themselves, is do they really think the WTS has thought of this?
They palm off the 20th of Artaxerxes and the command to rebuild the city
onto JWs as the fulfillment of the 70 weeks prophecy which begins in 455
BCE. But they are well aware other parts of the "city" and the "wall" had

already been rebuilt by the 20th of Artaxerxes. Even Nehemiah's family
had
a "palace" there already. So the WTS and GB know very well trying to have

the 20th of Artaxerxes fulfill that prophecy doesn't work, since it is
clear
the "city" began to be rebuilt long before the 20th of Artaxerxes! And,
indeed, the temple is part of the city, is it not? Of course!

So when does the prophecy start? It must start when they first began to
rebuild, which is the 1st of Cyrus. There is no alternative.

Does that fulfill the prophecy? Yes. But it requires you to face reality

and date the 1st of Cyrus to 455 BCE. We have to do that anyway because
of
the VAT4956! It contains two references to 511 BCE otherwise dated to
568
BCE. The double-dating proves the timeline was revised and provides us
with
the original date for year 37 of Nebuchadnezzar. Once we have that
correction in place, we can calculate the year of the last de****tation in
year 23, which is exactly 70 years from the 1st of Cyrus. 525 BCE would
be
the 23rd year when 511 BCE is year 37 per the VAT4956. Thus 70 years
later
is 455 BCE.

HOW LONG TO REMAIN SELF DECEIVED? So I'm thinking here that sure we
didn't
notice these things before, but there are a LOT OF SMART PEOPLE here.
Educated people. Reflective people discussing quite adequately all kinds
of
complex topics. Why is it that not a single one of them can figure out
the
WTS is lying about when the walls were "finished"? Why can't they see 52
days is not enough time to build a double-wall around Jerusalem. Why
can't
they realize that it is completely stupid to think the Jews would just
build
a new temple in the middle of a wide-open city and not want a new wall to
be
rebuilt.

Is there any doubt as to why Jehovah has set the destruction of the WTS
along with Christendom in the lake of fire? It's not just not
understanding
the Bible, but ignoring all the evidence in place to have the truth. It
means ignoring those things and then using clever language and deception
to
keep their followers believing lies to maintain the 1914 doctrine.

How long will people pretend they can't understand cryptic history? They
are so smart in other areas, why not this one? Take this quote from Plato

for example:

A story is told of Plato giving a reading of his Phaedo, a pur****ted
record
of Socrates' last day. The dialogue is moving and solemn. As Plato was
reading, however, his audience gradually melted away. In the end,
Aristotle
alone was left. Probably fictitious, the anecdote was invented to express
a
truth:
Aristotle was, in fact, spellbound by the Socratic doctrine of immortality

as expounded by Plato. It not only interested him intellectually but also
absorbed him emotionally.

From: http://www.space****p-earth.org/Biograph/Aristotle.htm

Here you have an example of a cryptic reference. A story about Plato
reading about "Phaedo" that connects to Aristotle's interest in Phaedo.
What is so fascinating about Phaedo for Aristotle? If you don't know the
background, this seems simply like a passing story. But the fact is, that

Phaedo was the adolescent lover-protege of Socrates. Phaedo was about
ten
years old when he became a charge of Socrates. In those days, a young man

became the lover of his mentor. Socrates died when Phaedo was about 18
and
then he became a student of Socrates. Guess what? Aristotle was orphaned

around 10 years of age as well and he ended up becoming a philsopher as
well, trained by the person whom he was fostered by. Then when his foster

parent died at around 18, he became a student of Plato as well. One
would
think, though, that the protege of Socrates would have become a famous
philsopher in his own right, correct? Sure! Well he did. Because Phaedo

was invented when the history of Socrates along with the Peloponnesian War

got moved back in time when the eclipse of 402 BCE was replaced with the
eclipse of 431 BCE in the revision! What happend was that in the revised

history, Socrates dies in 399 BCE some 15 years before Aristotle is born!
Aristotle was actually Socrates' lover and protege. But now he is dead
15
years before Aristotle is born. So the masterminds of the revision,
Xenophon and Plato, created the character of Phaedo for the telling of the

story of Socrates since Aristotle was not now historically connected to
Socrates.

But when we correct the eclipse to its original time, then Socrates dies
at
69 in 366 BCE, which was when Phaedo would have been 18? Guess who was 18

in 366 BCE? Right, Aristotle. Aristotle was born in 384 BCE. So NOW
this
little scenario of why Aristotle is so fascinated by the story of Phaedo
makes sense. It's a cryptic reference to the connection between these two

historical figures. So if you know the facts, it is obvious why the
reference is there. If you don't, it's just a story with no more than its

surface value.

This is just one of many references from the Greek history that more than
establishes 56 fake years were added to Greek history. But where are all
the SMART PEOPLE? Where are all the university scholars who should have
figured this out?

I mention this because of the INCOMPETENCE now, with the available
research
that proves the revisions and brings a realistic context to dating the 1st

of Cyrus to 455 BCE. The discrepancy is there for a reason. The Bible
is
true and when you investigate the NB and Greek and Persian history and
archaeology then the facts come right forth and everything fits together
again. But for some reason, people insist on "playing dumb" when its
convenient, including the WTS, which loves the darkness.

But that's okay. JUDGMENT DAY is coming. Those who could have known and
should have known better will have a higher judgment. Nobody gets away
with
anything. It's all being do***ented.
