THREE WAYS TO DATE 2ND COMING

by "Lars Wilson" <siaxares@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 6, 2008 at 06:44 PM

There are three ways to date the second coming.

1. 1335 DAYS
The "1335 days" prpohecy, which dates the 2nd coming 45 years after the
return of the Jews to Palestine, which occurred in 1947. 1947 represents

the end of the Jewish exile and the "end of the gentile times." It is
also
the symbolic end of the "1290 days" (Daniel 12). Once the Jews return to
Israel, you simply count 45 years to the second coming.

Daniel 12:12 "Happy is the one who is keeping in expectation and who
arrives
at the one thousand three hundred and thirty-five days!"

2. "7 TIMES"
This is a popular calculation by Jehovah's witnesses which links the
second
coming to the fall of Jerusalem by 2520 years. 3.5 times are 1260 days
and
so 7 times are 2520 days. "A day for a year" is applied. 7 times pass
over a chopped down and banded tree representing God's symbolic kingdom on

the earth with an earthly king in place. After the last ruling king
Zedekiah was removed, no king would be recognized for 2520 years until the

second coming when Christ arrives again in the earth. It's a little
confusing because of revisionism by the Persians of the timeline so we
have
several theories about exactly when Jerusalem fell. But strict Biblical
chronology dates the 1st of Cyrus to 455 BCE, 483 years prior to his
baptism
in 29 CE. The Bible establishes 70 years of desolation and servitude of
those last de****ted in year 23 of Nebuchadnezzar, thus 525 BCE. Jerusalem

falls in his 19th year, 4 years earlier, which gives us 529 BCE. We have

confirmation from some astronomical texts which hid the original
chronology
though, that confirm year 7 of Nebuchadnezzar in 541 BCE (Strm. Kambyses
400) and year 37 in 511 BCE (VAT 4956), so we can go forward with secular
confidence as well that this is the absolutely credible date for the fall
of
Jerusalem. Of course, this gives us the same date as #1, 1992.
(2520-529=1991 +1=1992. Note +1 is added for lack of zero year in Roman
timeline).

3. MID-70TH WEEK "END OF GIFT AND SACRIFICE"
Christ arrives during the 70th week and fulfills a version of the end of
"gift and sacrifice" each time at the time of the mid 70th week Passover.
The first time when he dies he ends the ritual animal sacrifices; the
second
time he ends the Lord's Supper. The Lord's Supper was instituted by him
on
Passover to be kept in remembrance of him during this absence. When he
returns, Christ eats the Lord's Supper one last time and then ends this
ritual. Therefore, we can calculate the precise year of the second coming

to within a year of the mid-70th week Passover during the second-coming 70

weeks, which is from 1506 to 1996. Mid-70th-week Passover occurs on April

6, 1993. Thus again, we are looking at a year from Passover of 1992 to
Passover of 1993, the same overlapping year as #1 and #2 above. It is
easy
to determine the 70th week by simply counting 4 periods of 490 years from
36
CE. 36 CE ended the first 70th week. 4 x 490 = 1960. 1960+36=1996.
Thus
the 70th week of the second coming is 1989-1996. The first Lord's Supper

upon the messiah's return to human state would be April 6, 1993.

SUMMARY: As one can see, the Bible has its own internal chronology that
cross-matches key chronology events, including the year of the second
coming. What is not provided in the Bible's chronology is the day of
Armageddon, which remains within God's own jurisdiction. The oft-quoted
reference that "Nobody knows the day nor hour, even the son, only the
father" is a play on words for the unwary. Many believe, therefore, that
there is no chronology related to the date of the second coming. However,

clearly the year of the second coming is given in the Bible and we are
expected to "keep in expectation" of this chronology. Therefore, the
mention of DAY and HOUR are very specific, and do not apply generally to
the
Bible being silent about the precise year. DAY and HOUR are DAY and
HOUR.
That does not include MONTH and YEAR. Therefore, there is no
contradiction.

FULFILLMENT: As prophesied, the "eagles" ("Where the carcass is, so the
eagles will be gathered together") and the "two witnesses" observed the
second coming event which took place, rather consistently, around December

25-26, 1992. The symmetry of this is that when the spirit of Christ
became
flesh the first time at the time of the Annunciation to Mary, it was
around
the time of the winter solstice as well. Remember, Christ is born in the
fall after a 9-month pregnancy. The actual event of his become flesh was
at
the conception, however, and that would have occurred in the winter, many
dating the Annuciation to December 25th. This suggests a link between
the
heavenly Christ, who is Michael the Archangel, being represented int he
cosmos as the SUN, and appropriately, the Church/Bride Class as the Moon.

The Christ would appear as a "thief in the night" to the whole world
except
for the "eagles" who are aware of his advent. He works in secret while
the
anointed are sealed into the kingdom, thus rebulding the spiritual temple.

This temple was completed earlier this year, after 16 years' time from
1992,
though the actual rebuilding would not start until Passover of 1993.
There
seems little significance to this period other than the new walls around
Jerusalem were rebuilt in 16 years after the Jews' return from Babylon.

Not to worry though. Those intended and worthy for the kingdom were
sealed.
There were plenty of seats left in fact, because when Christ arrived, so
many would not be paying attention that they did not recognize the time
and
begged off coming to the wedding feast, leaving many seats open. Thus
many
from "western parts and eastern parts" who were not originally the "sons
of
the kingdom" (invitees) came in to take their places in those empty seats.

So definitely, all worthy and invited who were faithful would already be
sealed into the kingdom. Many sealed don't even know they have been
sealed, in fact. Upon the beginning of the millennium they will find out

they have been selected. That means some are not practicing Christians
and
could be anywhere in the world, even in some remote jungle in the Amazon.
Thus the kingdom is representative of all nations and peoples, but 10% of
the seats are for the Jews as the Bible notes (Isa 6:13), after all
"Salvation is through the Jews" though their unfaithfulness allowed for
gentiles to be grafted into the kingdom seats. Gentiles are happy about
being kingdom members but don't gloat over the failure of the Jews for
they
too can be looped off even more quickly if they prove unfaithful. But are

reminded while they are grafted in, the Jew remains the root of the fine
through which the grafted branches receive their life. Thus the kingdom
is
filled by TWO COVENANTS: One for the Jews under Judaism and one for the
Christians under Christianity, though you could mix and match that, which
would include Messianic Judaism, obviously.
