I have yet to meet a Sunday school teacher who claims the
enlightenment of Christ. I have yet to meet a Sunday school teacher
who claims to be a family man who advises his young chelas (students)
to leave the dirty-work to the caste that deserves it, as if to say a
father should never change his baby's diapers or wash the privates of
a frail parent. I have yet to meet an ECKist who would say and
practice the equivalent.
The point being made here for the less intuitive such as myself who
need everything spelled out, is that it is just as mediocre to attack
an institution as it is to attack a personality. Rising above human
nature requires the literal ability to see the differences between
Soul and personality; S-U-G-M-A-D (God) and Individuality. (ECKists
reading this may see the correspondence between ECKANKAR's trademarked
Five Marching Men on their discourses and the six letters in God's
name. Spell them out silently in a rising tone for 24 to 31 days, the
same time of day, say while delivering newspapers, if you wish to see
how each letter corresponds to each plane.)
An individual who lacks the presence of God's Twin Pillars, the Light
& Sound of ITs total spectrum, will use scriptures like 1 Samuel 28 to
burn people alive with wood or napalm, in electric chairs or with
nuclear fusion just as easily as one would use the name of Kal to
label another as taking the left-hand path or practicing the wizardry
of occult voodoo power plays. Kamit (the Law of Silence) is not the
Lie of Omission. Kamit protects ones Self from the dangers of the
Spiritually ignorant, modern barbarian. There is always a time and
place for revelation, such as recognizing the patterns of experience
set by Individual Adi or Primal Karma, which does not prevent the
unfoldment of consciousness.
The Trap of For and Against. Individuals who have been set on fire by
the Word or the Bani or the Logos or whatever name you choose for the
Sound Current have no need to punish or censor. These individuals have
the wisdom to walk away without reaction or judgment from their love
and the goodness for all as easily as their own pain and suffering.
Such an outsider is one who strives to maintain an impersonal optimism
of goodwill for all. Often this requires splitting hairs by knowing
the difference between the Law of the Excluded Middle in its
adversarial context on which our Abrahamic Society is based and
knowledge of ECK (Spirit), the neutral force. (Bateson caught this and
called it the Double Bind)
For example, here is an Outsider who put everything he believed into
his way of life, a life that made art in his words, "The art of
concealing art, maximum effect but with minimum means." It's said his
epitaph, after spending 40 years on Sixth Avenue in NYC, homeless,
dressed in Viking garb and later performing in Europe, would be served
well by his couplet, "I find the greatest freedom in the stricture of
a form / that paradoxes abnormality within a norm=94 (from his book of
verse, The Milleniad).
