   How many hertz does looking at a computer monitor
push the brain waves up to?

   I've heard the computer is not recommended before
bed because it might be harder to fall asleep.

   The cycles at which most older monitors operate is
not something consciously apparent, and so it would
seem that not much is going on. On an unconscious
level though, I wonder if it's true that sitting in front of
the computer can speed up one's vibrations. Which -
some would say - is not necessarily a good thing just
before bed.
