"Sickle Money"

by "Searles O'Dubhain" <odubhain@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Apr 13, 2008 at 01:21 PM

In looking for articles on the Coligny Calendar, I came across some
references to "sickle money" about the use of Bronze Age sickles as money
(with marks on the blades). I'd like to find images of these sickles to
see
if they could possibly be Ogham. Here's links to sites that have
books/discussions of interest on the topic (a cheap book on the subject
sells for $395):

Maybe "sickle money" was a calibration scale on a Druid's sickle?
