That still does not matter, as neither does a little child, but it's still

held responsible if it disobeys it's parent, and thus is still chastised.
First the woman Eve, who then gave of the fruit to Adam, disobeyed God,
and 
that was sufficient for Him to hold both of them responsible for their 
refusal to obey His command not to eat the fruit of the tree.
