Not sure that works. Cats know how to kill birds without haven seen it
happen before! Plus at times  the bible does not distinguish guilty
thoughts from guilty actions =96 actions could in this sense be seen as
the consequences of the sin itself. Legally speaking of course you do
not have to have planned murder to be guilty of it. Of course like
most fun arguments this is all very academic and based on
superstition! ;-)
