try to answer your questions again, but since you still want to toss

What DID cause the Cambrian Explosion of life forms during the very
brief 10 - 20 million year interval of time 540 million years ago?
Why have no new phyla come into existence since then?
If Darwinian Natural Selection evolution produced the Cambrian
Explosion, what activated it during that very brief period of time,
but turned it off afterward?
Was there some form of cosmic consciousness in control of this
Cambrian Explosion of life forms, and when the project was completed
this cosmic consciousness stopped the process?
