You're ranting to the wrong entity here. Satan is the one that brings
about all such catastrophes and suffering. Read Job 1 & 2 for some
information on this.
God had to let Satan run his agenda, but imposed the restrictions that
Satan could not completely destroy humanity.
Had God decided to constrain Satan when he first got into this
curiosity about rebelling against God, that would have been only a
tem****ary solution to the problem. It would surely have been only a
matter of time before another being got hooked on the same things that
intrigued Satan. Then God would have had to restrain this one, and the
process would have continued until all of God's beings were thusly
restrained. Sovereign will could never have been workable.
