by adopting increased fuel efficiency standards and by increasing usage
of battery power to propel vehicles. Cleaner generation of electricity
could be accomplish by widespread adoption of rooftop solar panels and
cars with solar cell finishes rather than ordinary paint to help
recharge batteries used for propulsion.
