He knew the pedo-priest had molested a child and transferred him to
another area to avoid prosecution - this is omission not commission?

Hopes about a cure for pedophilia be damned - the pedo-priest had
broken the law and violated a child.  And had confesserd about doing
so.

And the cardinal obstructed justice by transferring the slime-ball out
of the diocese.

Omission?

Clearly I'm the one missing the point here.
