intentionally alters its reprinted materials to try to cover up its
multiple
massive mistakes, errors, false teachings, false prophecies, etc. to try
to
deceive its followers and others.

JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES ALTER REPRINTS

In the June 1, 1989, Watchtower article on Biblical marriage pictured as a
role model a happy Jehovah's Witness couple with the caption, "God's Word
says: `Let marriage be honorable,'" (p 13).
However after receiving letters that charged this couple with adultery,
the
Society altered the page in the reprint for the bound volume and replaced
the picture with that of another Jehovah's Witness couple.
More im****tantly, the society seems to be already back-peddling on the
date
it most recent suggested for Armageddon.
In the January 1, 1989 Watchtower, p. 12 says, "The apostle Paul was
spearheading the Christian missionary activity. He was also laying a
foundation for a work that would be completed in our 20th century,".
This clearly pointed to the year 2000 as the end of Chrisian missionary
work
and the beginning of the millennium.
Perhaps fearing another 1975, the Society has now removed the deadline in
the bound volume reprint edition. The bound volume reprint now reads,
"...a
work that would be completed in our day," (Jan. 1, 1990, p.12)
Comparisons show that the Society gave no footnote to acknowledge or
explain
the change and Jehovah's Witnesses are left to wonder:
Who approved the prediction that the work, "...would be completed in our
20th Century?"
Who disagreed with the original Watchtower and had the clout to have the
reprint altered?
Was the "20th Century" date "new light" or a typographical error?
Is the reprint newer light canceling out the new light in the original
version?
Will the work end in "our 20th century," or "in our day," or neither?
