I rely on memory from 25 years back. There are no scriptures to to
sup****t Daniel unless it is Revelation although all the prophesies
have to fit together.
There are two primary understandings of Daniel 24 -27. One is
futurism and the other is historism. Futurism is the result of the
Roman Catholic's anti-reformation effort. Dispensationalism has
embraced futurism wherein the seventieth week is thrown down to the
time of the end, and fulfilled by Satan. Better men than me on each
side can't agree, so the matter must be disputable.
