somehow in the icc, there needs to be a new system that disciples the
non growing churches again. Maybe scott green could do something for
the churches. Setting up a new system in seattle would be cost
effective, and effective, as seattle is a center for worldwide
managment systems. At least 80 of the churches need to be discipled
from there. ****tland isn't really going to be an effective place right
now. But who knows. Maybe Kip can disciple Scott in some way. The
growing churches need to exceed the non growing churches.
