VOICE OF REASON: TIME'S UP!!!

I am reposting my response to you, because as you
can see, the date of this exchange was on Oct 12, 2007
and you made claims and said that they were true and
told me how wrong I was and gave deadlines and you
claimed that the Bible speaks about the United States
and that the following WILL happen, because apparently,
according TO YOU, "the Bible says so" and that, as I said,
the "predictions" you made would happen within a
specified amount of time.

Now of course, if even one "prediction" by you
is proved to be wrong, then you are a false prophet
and the rest don't matter. But I have shown two
here. One for which the deadline has passed and
another just to show how faulty and conceited that
your doctrinal thinking is!

So the bottom line is that you made a bunch of claims,
but the ones that are most im****tant right now are:

Claim #1:

War [by the U.S.] with Iran within the next 90 days.

From the date of the message (seen at top),
there has been no "war with Iran" within the
specified 90 days.

Now, will you admit that you were wrong about this?

Or will you ignore this message and pretend that you
did not see it.

Or will you respond with some double talk and try to
tell us how you weren't actually wrong and were, in
reality, somehow right, twisting things around, as is
the usual M.O. for Futurists?

"When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD,
if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the
thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet
hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid
 of him." - Deut 18:22

Now of course, you failed because of the time limit that
you set. But this is what you Futurists always try to dodge
when it comes time to talk about Jesus!

You see, He also set a time limit! That is clear by His
words and it is verified by the fact that as I have proved
repeatedly in these news groups, the Apostles taught
all through the New Testament letters, that the return
of Christ in Judgment was to happen within their
generation! So there is no denying that Jesus did
indeed impress that fact upon them!

So if Jesus did not return within the same generation,
as He not only said He would do, but staked His entire
credibility upon this fact, then He also was a false
prophet and the Jews were right for having Him
crucified and He died for His own sins, not ours!

When Jesus said (translated); "Verily I say unto you...",
what must be understood, is that the original Greek
word there, is of the utmost emphasis! Jesus is indeed
staking His credibility on that statement! And there is
no way that the disciples did not immediately think of
Deut 18:22! Just because 21st century Gentiles are
ignorant of the Scriptures, being the Old Testament,
which is all they had and is what they preached the
Gospel from and started churches with, does not
mean that the disciples were as ignorant as you are
of the Scriptures!

Claim #2:

VOR: "The events happening today are without
a doubt events referred to by the Biblical
          prophets."

Now notice, YOU said, "WITHOUT A DOUBT". That
means that there can't be any doubt at all! This is
the same as saying that YOU CAN'T BE WRONG!!!

So now you are God! You make yourself God,
since He is the ONLY one who CAN'T BE WRONG!

But then it gets better! You continued on to say...

VOR: "It's all about the prophecies of the last days,
which just happen to be upon us now, not
the generation of 100 years ago or 100 years
         from now, but this generation."

So here we are! It cannot possibly be about any
other generation! It has to be about this one!

But guess what? You have already been proved wrong!

Now of course, your other "predictions" have been
assigned by you, more time before they can be
called, "failed prophecies". But since you have
already failed in the one above, according to God's
word, we are to cast you aside as a false prophet:

"When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD,
if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the
thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet
hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid
 of him." - Deut 18:22

And of course, while you Futurists always claim when
cornered, that you do not try to make the Bible all
about you and your time, here is another example
of a Futurist (you) who said the same thing, making
it all about him (you) and his time and claiming that
his (your) generation is THE GENERATION!

I would like to note again how you Futurists (to use
my phrase again) when cornered and unable to
deny that Jesus did indeed say His generation, try
to claim that the word generation means something
other than an actual 40 year generation and yet,
when it comes time to claim that it's all about you
and your generation, then, all of the sudden, the
word "generation" means just what you knew all
along it meant! But now you have bounced the
"generation" ball once again to the other side of
the court that you were already defeated on and
again claim that "What Jesus *really* meant was
'the generation that sees the signs is the generation'",
which is the same thing as making Jesus a babbling
idiot, since you have Him saying, in essence...

"The generation that sees the signs will be
the generation that sees these things happen!"

Well duh!!! :)

The point is, that Jesus was NOT a babbling idiot
and you don't get to tell me what He was "really"
saying and add your own words to His and then
deny that's what you did!

Jesus looked at the disciples and said...

"THIS generation...."

He did not say, "THAT generation" !!!

And we all know how anyone with half a brain,
even if they did too many drugs, would take that! :)

JESUS: "This generation shall not pass..."

YOU: "The generation that sees the signs..."

YES, those ARE entirely different statements!

And so it is clear that you are not satisfied,
unless the Bible was written all about YOU
and YOUR generation and it is clear that
if you find out that it wasn't, that to you,
the Bible is useless and is a worthless
collection of writings!

But hey, no vanity there, right?! (:

Now here are the facts:

Fact #1: You claimed that the U.S. would be at war
with Iran within 90 days and made this
claim before the second week of October
in 2007 had even passed and it did not
take place and by Deut 18:22, you are
a false prophet and not to be listened to!

Fact #2: You claimed that THIS is THE generation
that the prophecies of the Bible at all about
and it is clear that that is NOT what Jesus
taught, period! And since you have already
shown yourself to be a false prophet, you
have ZERO credibility as of right now!

So now the question is, you who calls yourself,
"The Voice of Reason", which is quite strange,
considering that you have proved yourself to
be a false prophet and considering the fact that
after repeated requests for Biblical proof for your
claims, the ONLY thing that you EVER responded
with, was to say that since there was no word in
the original Greek for "The United States", that
we shouldn't expect to see it there!

So what you are telling us is; That because we
cannot see it in the Bible, but YOU said it, that
we should automatically trust YOU!

And please do not bother claiming that that isn't
what you're saying and that you offer proof through
events that happen in our time, because you have
already proved your "predictions" to be false!

And furthermore, pointing to the news of the day
and claiming it's in the Bible, making yourself
nothing more than a "newspaper prophet" is not
proof either, considering that when you are asked
where it can be found in the Bible, once again,
your response is, as always...

"Since there was no word in the original Greek
for [insert claim], that we shouldn't expect to
 see it there!"

So basically, your proof that it is in the Bible,
is that we cannot see it in the Bible!!! Hello?!?

So once again I ask... Will you be honest enough
to admit that you are a false prophet? Or will you
still try to defend your claims, considering that
80 days have passed and it would be foolish to
try to do so? Or have you, knowing the date passed,
disappeared for a while, waiting for it to blow over?

the world believed that the world was flat? And
up until like what, 50 years ago, you all thought
the atom was the smallest thing, until you split
it open and this like, whole mess of crap came out.
Now, are you telling me that you are so unbelievably
arrogant that you can't admit that there's a teeny
tiny possibility that you could be wrong about this?"
