Knock yourself out, demon!

I didn't answer you before, I won't answer you now!

;-)

As scripture says, "all will be revealed in good time!"

And THAT is ALL YOU need to know!

Actually, BB, if you pulled your head out for a change, the way I used
the term, it is NOT taking God's name in vain!

I have heard that term FROM THE PULPIT in church on a Sunday morning.

Would you not agree that Satan is a "God damned sinner?"

THAT use is NOT "taking the Lord's name in vain!"

And you have simply proved that you don't THINK before you REACT!

Satan!

Did you know that is a
>sin?

Actually, dumbass, it's not.

Remaining demonic accusations and vomit snipped.

Actually, genius who walks on water, while you had your head lodged so
high up your butt, someone corrected me just today!

And I accepted his correction quite graciously!

He was nice about it (something YOU NEVER manage), and I was nice in
return!

You seem to have never quite learned that you attract more flies with
honey than you do with the vinegar you daily dispense.

;-)

Even the old song "A Spoonful of Sugar" evades you!

You MUCH prefer smacking people upside the head viciously to get their
attention.

And I've told you a hundred times, when you smack ME upside my head
to get my attention, I knock you on your ass, and allow you to pick
yourself up and count your remaining teeth!

(metaphorically, of course)

You COULD learn something about PRESENTATION, if you were ONLY open to
learning! (you're not)

Agreed. However, there is an historical record where a "church"
DECREED that Sunday would be the "official day of wor****p."

On whose authority? Certainly not God's!

I have even read MANY QUOTES from this supposed "authority" as if
"that settles it."

The Bible settled it, and no "human authority" is required or even
requested.

That is described in Rom 14:6 - "He that

Lie! And from one who does not know his Bible!

ANOTHER PROOF that Roman Catholics are NOT Bible students!

Sunday Christian wor****p is recorded MULTIPLE times in scripture!

From the gospel of John through Acts and into the epistles.

Agreed! I did not mean to suggest that we are to wor****p ONLY on
Sunday! However, "point taken."

Well done AGAIN! And you continue to teach me!

I like that! You must have had a good foundation!

:-)

As did I!

  To
>answer your question, resurrection was on a Sunday, all of the post
>resurrection appearances of Jesus where the day is recorded are on
Sunday,

Hmmmm.... Don't know that I agree with THAT one! (minor point).

You have now given me reason to study THAT further!
:-)
(a healthy, friendly shake of the head (( "I think you're wrong about
that")) is very nice, and an excellent reason to "dig a little
deeper.")

However, the point that Jesus DID make a number of Sunday
post-Resurrection appearances was my point.

>The Holy Spirit was given to the general population of the church on a
>Sunday.

My point was that the Holy Spirit came and bestowed the Sign Gifts
DURING a Sunday morning Christian Church service. (not an evangelical
outreach at the Temple, or an evangelical outreach at the market). He
came and gave the Sign Gifts during a Christian Church service. One of
the first recorded.

If God had NOT approved of the first Christians meeting for Christian
services on Sunday, He would HARDLY have BLESSED them with the Sign
Gifts!~

They would have received a sound REBUKE instead!

There are two apparent church meetings occurring on Sunday recorded
>in the Bible, one in Acts, the other in 1 Corinthians.

There you go! You're on the right track, sort of!

What I was trying to point out to you (something I only recently
discovered while deep in meditation and Bible study, pleading "teach
me something NEW!!" )

The very first RECORDED Sunday Christian wor****p occurred the very
night of the Sunday resurrection! The apostles/disciples were
cowering in fear in the upper room, behind locked (probably barred)
doors, shuttered windows. They were likely praying quietly, meeting
quietly, wor****pping quietly, sharing quietly, eating quietly,
conducting an impromptu-- but VERY Christian service--

He was suddenly there, in their midst. Did he rebuke them for this
SUNDAY Christian wor****p meeting? He did not! He JOINED them!

Thereby, our Risen Lord actually ATTENDED the first RECORDED Sunday
Christian service. (and endorsed it) The same passage (John)
reflects that a week later (presumably the following Sunday), at a
Sunday Christian service Thomas attended (he had been absent the
Sunday evening past), Jesus AGAIN interrupted their Sunday evening
Christian wor****p service. Not to rebuke them, but to confront Thomas,
and not in an unkind way!

Jesus Himself, and later, the Holy Spirit, endorsed Sunday Christian
wor****p, if only we are open to RECEIVING that truth. However, men's
traditions blind too many, and they only read what they choose to
read. They only perceive that which they choose to perceive.

 The presence of God
>is very apparent in many churches today on Sunday. (The latter point
would
>apply to any spirit filled church meeting on any day of the week)

Again, we are in agreement. My point was that there ARE Sunday
Christian services in the Bible, and they are EVEN found in one of the
gospels. If you know what you are reading, the Bible is NOT "silent"
on the issue.

God bless!

Wrong form. S/b "Not too (two "o"s) good, but thanks for asking."
(and you forgot the comma.)

And your suggestion is NOT "perfectly acceptable", as the prospective
employer is not remotely interested in your personal woes.

Live a few more years, mature a little more (or a LOT more in your
case) and then we might take up the topic again.

Maybe not!

only for the dull of mind (that's you)

MOST people (with the exception of close friends and family) are not
REMOTELY interested in your grimmer details. "How are you?" is NOT a
SINCERE query. It is merely a greeting equivalent to "Hi!"

I believe I explained my point QUITE adequately. And I notice with

You continue to twist the facts to suit you, and, today, I'm simply
not going to bother to stroke your ego with a blow-by-blow retort to
your infantile thumb-sucking, diaper-filling.

You SHRIEK for attention as you wet your diaper!

Fine!

You've had your allotted attention!

Now shriek "mommy!" and she may stick her teat in your mouth, if
you're lucky!

Elaine! Elaine! Elaine!

;-)

BTW, genius! ;-)

If you're going to "correct my grammar", get it right.

When you referred to my non-capitalized word, you forgot the quotes.

You should have said, "BTW, "jealousy: should have been capitalized."

Which is wrong anyway! The word "jealousy" is not a SENTENCE
(something that NORMALLY requires capitalization.)
"jealousy" in the above instance is called a "fragment", and as a
writer (poetic license and all), I can do with it as I wish, including
telling YOU "bend over."

;-)

(and, again, sweetums! You are not required to read my posts)

;-)
