How should one conduct themselves on the Sabbath (Saturday)? I would like

know what is appropriate and what is not in these times. For instance, is

OK to do gardening or hobby work, watching Football? Can my wife prepare
a
meal? I believe that besides attending church services, one should spend
time in the Word, but how much time? Is visiting friends OK? I would

like to know what is a typical Sabbath Day for an Adventist. Thank you
