Jesus has the keys to death and hell. None of us will live one more
heart-beat than He ordains. The essential thing is not how long we
live, but HOW WE LIVE.
To the Christians at Corinth, the apostle Paul wrote:
"But meat commendeth us not to God: for neither, if we eat, are we the
better; neither, if we eat not, are we the worse." 1 Cor 8:8 (KJV)

It is a great tragedy if a SDA vegetarian refuses to love and serve
his non-SDA, non-vegetarian, brethren in Christ; because, on judgment
day he will be a goat who goes into everlasting punishment. Jesus, who
will judge all men, has given this warning:
"Then shall he say also unto them [the goats] on the left hand, Depart
from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and
his angels: For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was
thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me not
in: ****d, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited
me not. Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we
thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or ****d, or sick, or in
prison, and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them,
saying, Verily I say unto you, INASMUCH AS YE DID IT NOT TO ONE OF THE
LEAST OF THESE [my brethren], YE DID IT NOT TO ME. And these shall go
away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life
eternal." Mat 25:31-46 Here, Jesus identifies his brethren: "My
mother and my brethren are these which hear the word of God, and DO
IT!" Luke 8:21
The fast that God has chosen is caring for the needs of our brethren
without partiality. Isaiah 58:7; James 2
I am not a SDA; nor am I a vegetarian. You may not even like me; but I
have faith in Jesus Christ and obey The Commandments of God.
If I was homeless, needy of clothes and destitute of daily food, would
you take me into your home and care for me in the same way that you
would care for Jesus?

Jesus ate flesh-meat. The apostles ate flesh-meat. Jesus was without
sin. None of them ever taught by word or example that vegetarianism
is a requirement for salvation. Ellen White with "the gospel of Health
Reform" preached "another gospel" from the gospel that Jesus and the
apostles preached.
