This is from the Holman Bible Handbook on inerrancy
"Jesus can say that not one jot or tittle shall pass from the law until
all is
fulfilled (Matt 5:18). That being the case, it is inconceivable that the
Bible should
err. A God who is omniscient would not make a mistake, and a God who is
truthful would
not mislead. If the Bible is this thoroughly an expression of His will,
then it is
inconceivable that it should contain anything untrue."
Satan could not have spoken these words any better. This is a perfect
example of
someone twisting words to push forward their false doctrine. First; Matt
5:18 is used
out of context with what was stated. Secondly, This is an attempt to blame
God for the
mistakes and mis-translations made, in what is written. Many of these
mistakes are man
made, caused by carnally minded men. The self righteous and self glorified
tares.
These people are so presumptuous they think they can speak for, or add to,
what is
written. Matt. 5:18. states that no one has authority to deliberately
change anything
in the law. God did not say he would prevent a servant of Satan (tares)
from altering
the bible. God will not honor a false presentation of what was written
In the beginning the bible was written in Paleo Hebrew. Which was
pictographs. About
four or five hundred BCE, the writing script was changed to the Aramaic
script after
the return from Babylon. The Paleo, or at least one book, was found among
the Dead Sea
Scrolls. The majority of the OT was first written in Paleo Hebrew script
and converted
to Aramaic script, then into English. The Paleo script can not be held to
the same
grammar rules as the Aramaic. These are places of possible accidental
mistakes or
deliberate mistakes or mistakes caused by ignorance. Then there was the
editing of the
bible by the catholic's in 325 CE. After about 200 CE., there was catholic
dogma and
everything else was heresy. Nothing was allowed in the bible that was
against Catholic
dogma.
The meaning of a word, "back when ever", may not mean the same thing
today. In the
back of Strong's is a list of words that have become obsolete. This is
between the
writing of the KJV and the RSV. It states there are over a thousand
obsolete words.
Then there are different accents. It was re****ted that Jesus was from
Galilee. Carnal
Galilaeans had a very distinct accent. Which differed from those of Judah.
Then there
are mis-spelt words and dyslexia and copyist errors. There was Hebrew,
Aramaic, Greek,
Arabic, and Roman languages being used in that region about the time of
Jesus. To say
that Jesus spoke only Aramaic is just a guess. Aramaic was the language of
commerce.
These are more places of possible mistakes.
Strong's is a good work tool, but it is not always right. Galilee in the
Hebrew means
a circle or cycle. A special cycle. An example is, a cycle of a week and a
cycle of
months, and years. Zion is the mountain of cycles. Spiritually speaking,
Zion is the
mountain of galilee. In the Strong's Greek, Galilee is called a heathen
circle. It can
not be called a heathen circle without adding the word (gowy:H1471). This
is an error.
In Zec 12:10 the word Nabat H5027 is translated as "LOOK". This consist of
three
letters. NBT. No vowels. Psa 34:5 They "looked" unto him, The same number
for NBT is
used by Strongs in this verse. But in the Masoretic Hebrew and the Biblia
Hebraica.
The word used here is H1875 darash. DRSH. This word means "to Seek". This
word is
similar to look, but by using word association, which some people do, the
true and
better word would be "They sought unto him". This may have been the verse
Jesus was
referring to when he said, "SEEK and ye shall find. These are just
examples to show
that there are errors. Sometimes you must look beyond what is on the
surface. There
are even error's in computer programs.
Mat 21:44 but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will "grind him to powder".
There are
four parts to a harvest. The pulling of the wheat. The thre****ng of the
wheat and the
winnowing of the wheat. Then the wheat is brought into the storehouse. To
"grind to
powder" is thre****ng. The actual word used in this verse is winnowing. (
G3039 ) "but
on whomsoever it shall fall, it will winnow him". Let the tares and the
wheat grow
together till the harvest. Bind the tares (False Wheat or false believers
) and
gather the wheat. The true wheat is threshed (ground to powder) in the
trial by fire
and the blanching in water of the laver, in the court of the tabernacle.
Then it is
winnowed by raising it up, so the wind ( spirit ) can blow away the chaff.
Rev 6:16
And said to the mountains ( Zion range ) and rocks, ( stones ) Fall on us,
But it is
to late, the hand is stretched out still, only so many days. At the rising
of the sun
in the day of God, the stars shall with draw their ****ning. Dan 12:3.
There would not
be time to get them through the court ( Three had a half years ) till the
time when
the gentiles are given the court. Rev 3:7. When the door is shut no man
will open it.
Strongs is in error about winnowing.
In the TWOT ( Theological Wordbook of the Old Testament ) Many places has
"assumed"
root of the following. The Hebrew goes by root words. This is a word
derived from
another word. In Strong's, he uses a lot of maybe's or perhaps and
probably, in his
definitions. The reason for these presumed or assumed answers are, one
denomination or
ethnic group say a word means one thing, and another group will say
something
different. Sometimes you may get three or four different doctrines from
one verse.
This is why there are so many different bibles and denominations. When
people can not
agree on the meaning of a word or a subject, this is called division. They
are divided
on a subject or word. Division means conflicting doctrines. Many of their
doctrines
even conflict with their own doctrines. Yet they say: My bible is the
correct version.
For you to believe that, you must be blind. You have put your confidence
in man,
instead of God. Trust no man with your eternal life.
In the beginning of the covenant. There was the division of an animal.
Then the spirit
moved between the pieces of flesh. The purpose of this was, who ever broke
the
covenant, the other had the right to do to them, that which was done to
the animal.
The Christian church dispersed the covenant commandments and have suffered
the
consequence's. They are divided into innumerable issues and ways. Jesus
exposed many
false doctrines, and he said, follow me. If it is not your intent to
expose false
teachings. You are not following Jesus. It is the duty of every true
believer to
expose false doctrine. A body that is divided against it self, can not
stand. A body
that can not stand is already defeated. This speaks of the body of Jesus.
Mat 5:30
And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, The word "offend" also
means "to entice
to sin." Satan can be found where false or twisted doctrine thrives
unchecked. A
church or an assembly of people, is like a watering hole. It's not long
before the
predators show up.
The bible is a book about God. The only people that can tell you about
God, are the
people that know God, and know his ways. 1 John 2:4 He that saith, I know
him, and
keepeth not his commandments, is a liar. All of these liars claim to know
God, but
they do not keep his commandments. They just ignore this verse in 1 John.
They honor
the commandments in word only, and not in deed. They get their knowledge
of God from
other men. Jer 23:30. Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, saith
the LORD,
that steal my words every one from his neighbor. Their words of God are
stolen from
other people. God will not speak to them for the following reason. Isa
59:2 But your
iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid
his face
from you, that he will not hear. Their sin of throwing out the covenant
commandments
has made God hide his face from them. Jer 31:34 ... for they shall all
know me, from
the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: Because from
the least to
the greatest, at this time, all the body of Jesus shall keep the
commandments. Without
which, you can not know God.
