The NSA members of Myanmar currently here in Thailand have just
received
news that at least 11 Baha'is have died in Daidanaw cluster during the
cyclone. The family of former ABM, all five members are still missing.
About
50 homes of Baha'is destroyed. Two local Baha'I centres in Nyaung
Waing Qwin
East and West badly damaged as well as the roof of National Baha'i
centre in
Yangon. Many communities are still not contactable due to breakdown in
communication systems. The NSA of Myanmar is requesting for prayers.
They
will hold a whole day prayer vigil tomorrow and friends everywhere are
requested to join.
