Susan,

Are you saying that the judge has ruled that the current majority
Remeyite sect, that follows Joel Marangella and rather pompously calls
itself the "Orthodox Baha'i Faith" are not, in fact the same as the
sect established and led by Mason Remey?

If so, doesn't that amount to a legal decision that the "succession of
Guardianhip" is not valid legally, and count against Marangella's
claims to be the "successor" to Mason Remey?
