hypocrisy.  A right-winger demonstrates some offensive bit of
religion, and it is used as a weapon against him. A leftist, however,
demonstrates a twenty-year commitment to a racist, fanatical whackjob
religious ideology... and it's ignored.

What *exactly* has happened? The US dollar has certainly fallen, but

Dunno. But his great fans the Kennedys certainly are. There was going
to be a modest windfarm some miles off shore, and they fought against
it. Sen. Tedd Kennedy (D-Atlantis) changed a Coast Guard authorization
bill specifically to kill the "Cape Wind" (and pretty much any other
offshore wind farm) project.
