WHAT WILL SOON HAPPEN : THE RAPTURE
Is the world coming to an end? Are we living in the last days on
earth? or is humanity simply at the point of turning another page of
its history? These questions and many others are worth asking, with
regard to what is happening these days.
While on the one hand, politicians are talking of a world government
that will bring "peace" and "the solution" to many problems, the Bible
on the other hand, speaks of a world government that will stir up the
wrath of God and bring on the inhabitants of the earth the worst
catastrophe ever known. One may be tempted to ask, which is to be
trusted, the Bible or the politicians. The answer is evident. While
the politicians get together every day to alter the modalities of
their proposed world government, God as we know, never changes. Since
He spoke thousands of years ago, He has never called any meeting to
discuss any change in His plans.
The Bible in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 tells us what the world is trying
not to accept, the Rapture. However, any denial of the rapture will
not prevent it from happening. We find it necessary to reconsider it,
by answering some of the most asked questions: Why, How, Who, When,
And after that, What to do, etc...
WHY THE RAPTURE?
The sin of this abominable generation is so grievous, and its
destruction is inevitable. The Bible is a unique Scripture that tells
us with precision, of the past, the present and the future. It teaches
us that, every time the sin of mankind abounds, God who never mixes
with sin, destroys. And God in His righteousness never destroys the
righteous together with the wicked, (let's recall that the wicked in
the sight of God is not the one who does a lot of evil things, but the
one who refuses to believe in Jesus Christ). Among the numerous
examples given in the Bible, we will name the two most popular; the
flood and the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.
The flood intervened following the corruption of mankind, as we read
in Genesis 6:5: "The Lord saw how great man's wickedness on the earth
had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart
was only evil all the time"; and as a consequence, "God said to Noah,
.... I am surely going to destroy both them and the earth".Genesis
6:13.
The second example given to us is in Genesis 18 & 19, which explains
what happened in the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. "Then the Lord
said: The outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is so great and their sin
so grievous". Genesis 18:20 and for this reason "...We are going to
destroy this place..." Genesis 19:13.
God will spare the righteous before the coming destruction, by way of
the rapture, as much as He spared the righteous in the days of Noah
and in the days of Lot before the destruction.
HOW WILL THE RAPTURE HAPPEN?
Many people surround the rapture with a myth. For some, it is just a
"spiritual event" without material value. For others it is simply
death, meaning that when someone dies, that's their rapture. Still for
others, the rapture has already taken place. Others think that the
rapture is something unrealisable. There are even others who consider
it stupid to believe that Jesus Christ will come again, and that
Christians will leave this earth, without plane, to meet Him in the
skies.
The rapture will simply happen, literally as described in the
following verses: "According to the Lord's own word, we tell you that
we who are still alive, who are left till the coming of the Lord, will
certainly not precede those who have died. For the Lord Himself will
come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the
archangel and the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will
rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be
caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the
air". 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17.
This passage means exactly what it says! The Lord Jesus Christ will
come down from heaven very soon, and all those who have already died,
but who, when they were still alive, gave their lives to Jesus Christ
and lived for Jesus Christ, will rise again. Those of the living, who
have given their live to Jesus Christ, and who are now living for
Jesus Christ, will join them, and all together, without any plane,
will go up to heaven to meet the Lord. All this will happen in the
twinkling of an eye.
What the inhabitants of the earth are about to experience will be
spectacular. All those aware of this prophecy, will recognise the
occurrence of the rapture. And the catastrophe that this marvellous
event will create will be indescribable. Just to give you an idea of
what will happen, accidents will be numerous, creating traffic chaos
such as never seen before, as a result of cars abandoned by Christians
who will be driving. A lot of fire out break, caused by cookers left
on by those who will be cooking. Flooding, caused by taps which will
not be turned off... In a nutshell, there will be a massive
destruction. There will be no place in the world spared, for the
simple reason that there are born again Christians everywhere in the
world.For those who still do not believe, there is no argument about
it. The day all this will take place, they will believe. Are the
leaders of this world aware of it? We will surprise you by saying YES.
They know it as well as we do, and they are preparing themselves
accordingly. For instance, some airlines have a secret recruitment
policy "Not to employ born again Christians". They know that it will
be risky to leave their planes piloted by people who may be caught up
at anytime. They will never tell you so plainly, but they know it.
WHO WILL BE RAPTURED?
The unique criteria or condition to fulfil to be caught up, is to be
ready. And how do I get ready? You need to be born again, that means
to repent and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, and to be
baptised by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ, and flee from sin
and live a life of sanctification. Matthew 25:1-13 tells us of the
parable of the preparedness of the virgins. 2 Corinthians 7:1 says:
"Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves
from anything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness
out of reverence for God". Is it too late to be among those who will
be caught up? NO! It will only be late when the rapture has taken
place. This means dear friend, that those who will be left on earth
after the rapture would have chosen it. And if for any reason you miss
the rapture, accept Jesus Christ, and be prepared to die, do not take
any mark on you, and you will be saved. Revelation 20:4
WHEN WILL IT BE?
All that you are reading will take place in the next few days. Why are
we saying in the next few days? Because we know it. And how do we know
it? Because God is still speaking and warning his children as he did
in the past. The Bible tells us in Amos 3:7 "Surely the Sovereign Lord
does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets".
Noah was warned before the flood, Genesis 7:4. Lot was warned before
the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, Genesis 19:15, and God in his
faithfulness is warning us today of what the Bible calls, the great
tribulation. To you who spend your time parroting the cliché that no
one knows the day or hour, you'd better remove your heart from what is
binding you to this world. The citation of Matthew 24:36 does not deny
the promise of Amos 3:7. May the Lord grant you the revelation to
understand this Truth.
AND AFTER THAT?
After the rapture, there will be a total disaster. The book of
Revelation, which by merely reading, frightens you, will be
materialised. Jesus Christ talked of a great tribulation, such as has
not been since the beginning of the world until this time, nor ever
shall be. Matthew 24:21. Some days after the rapture, the leaders of
this world will get together to discuss what they will do. They will
ask the media not to talk anymore about Jesus Christ who came to take
Christians, but instead to say that aliens have caused people to
disappear from the earth. Therefore, do not be surprised by the
massive propaganda in the media over aliens. The leaders of this world
are simply preparing the lie they will tell people within the next few
days. After that, the one the Bible calls the antichrist will take
over, and force each inhabitant of the earth to take a mark either on
their right hand or on their forehead, without which no one will be
able to sell or to buy. Revelation. 13:16-17. The Bible also gives us
the content of the mark: It is 666. We talk here of the content of the
mark because many people, knowing all these things, will be so stupid
that they will be waiting to see the figure 666 written on their
forehead or their hand. And as soon as they are presented with
something different from figures, they will say that it is not 666.
All those who will refuse the mark will be killed, Revelation 13:15.
And those who will take the mark will be selling their soul to satan,
and will go to hell forever. Revelation 14:9-11. And before going to
hell, they will suffer all the calamities which will be poured upon
the earth, Revelation 6 to 18. Let's recall that hell is a reality,
and it is for eternity.
To those who believe that hell does not exist, we make a plea: Please,
open your eyes before it is too late! Hell is as real as your
existence on this earth. And if in spite of everything you still don't
believe, do not worry, you will believe when you get there.
WHAT TO DO?
With regard to the reality presented in the text above, we beseech you
dear friend, to take the relevant decision, since what you have just
read will surely happen. Let us not take the risk to suffer foolishly,
whereas nothing is preventing us from escaping today.
To you, Born again Christians, we make a plea: Please put your life in
order before God. Put aside worldly projects that move you away from
God. Purify yourselves and sanctify yourselves, your deliverance is
near. If you are in a dead church, come out of it and find a living
Church. If you are in a church where people spend their time preaching
prosperity and the power of the "holy spirit", come out of it and find
a Church where people preach sanctification and how to avoid worldly
lusts and ungodliness. If your are in a church where they pray for
people by pushing them down (on the floor), under the pretext of the
action of the "holy spirit", come out of it: The Spirit of God is not
a spirit of epilepsy. If you remain there to hear things that please
your ears, 2 Timothy 4:3-4, you will be responsible before God. Do not
forget that: Each one of us will give account of himself to God.
Romans 14:12.
To you, who are not yet Christians, and To you who profess
Christianity because you received some drops of water on your head one
day, we beg you, give your life to Jesus Christ without delay, and get
baptised by immersion, that means in water. So long as you deny
baptism by immersion, know that you are denying repentance itself.
Matthew 3:11 says: "I baptise you with water for repentance". If you
continue to harden your heart, you will realise after the rapture,
that you are not yet a Christian. Should you ask yourself how to give
your life to Jesus Christ, then say the following prayer: Lord Jesus
Christ, I accept you now as my Lord and my personal Saviour. I give
you my life. Come and live in me. Make me a child of God. Forgive all
my sins. Deliver me from all bondage and curses. I want to live for
you from now on. Prepare me to be ready for the rapture. Thank you
Lord Jesus Christ for your great Love to me. Amen!

CONCLUSION
We will not conclude this message without questioning ourselves: Why
will many Christians miss the rapture? Fortunately the Bible gives us
a clear answer; it's just because they have not yet understood that no
one can serve two gods. Matthew 6:24. How great is the number of
Christians who no longer have time to meditate on the word of God
these days! Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:2, because they work all the time; not
to have something to eat, but to get rich. And many among them, even
when they manage to come to Church, they spend their time sleeping,
exhausted by work; again not because they lack something to eat, but
because they want to get rich. 1 Timothy 6:6-10. Finally, even though
no one dare say it openly, that the world has come to its end, the
reality is that we are surely heading for the end of the world, that
we find difficult to admit.
