You should have shown me the legal info against the cor****ate filing
date, when you asked me about Miscavige's birth date. You have a wrong
assumption on the meaning behind April 30th being the fiscal year end
for CCT.
April 30th is the required fiscal date for CST because it incor****ated
May 28, 1982 ( per the doc you linked to).
In this circumstance, CST could'nt choose a month ending date like
Mary 31st because that would take their filing date past 365 days from
date of incor****ation. By law, if filing on a fiscal basis ( meaning a
start date on the date of incor****ation and not using a Jan1-Dec31
calendar basis), the last day of the 11th month is used. For
accounting purposes, you have a short first year and thereafter, May
1st is the start of a new fiscal year that ends April 30th.
I think you are barking up the wrong tree on the April 30th
significance. We know Miscavige is evil; so was Hubbard , who
practiced the occult early on.
Satanism to me, as a Christian, is just more of the same and then
some- just a part of life on earth. Satan was not the equivalent of
God. He was a fallen angel, perhaps equivalent at one time to the
archangel named Gabriel. He's a nobody to God; a troublemaker but a
weak troublemaker to those who are strong in belief. I give no
attention to Satan except to beware of the tools of deception that
evil employs. I feel that with the numbers thing, you are putting
significance into something that is unim****tant in the grand scheme of
things. You & Pearce keep trying to be God instead of looking to God
and that is exactly the kind of thing that Satan wants you to do. If
you two are believers in Jesus Christ and you believe that Miscavige
is the Anti Christ, then stick to the tangable facts, document them
and present them. But don't lead readers down into the dark path of
insignificant significance when there is so much more that can be done
with tangable facts and documents.
