heard of is clothed kids *jackin-off* (to use your delightful term)

bothering to remove their clothes, it is very easy to do, particularly for

girls.

But kids don't take their clothes off to "jack-off", they don't need to,

it makes the "jackin' off" rather too obvious to others, so much better to
