I suggest you contact Toni directly, or through an attorney.
Posting a demand/request to Usenet isn't likely to get your tools
returned.
You can forget about the items you donated. Unless you can prove
the donations were made under duress, you freely donated them. I'd be
amazed if Toni can be made to return them.
