I don't know what you mean by "prior", which can be used in different 
senses.  If you are asking whether the field of mathematics depends on 
there being logic, then yes, logic is prior to mathematics.

If you say that existence is dependent upon God, then you have something 
to prove, rather than a conclusion.

And even if you can prove your contention, that too is a far cry from 
proving that there is anything real about the Christian/Muslim version of 
such a deity.
