If some all-knowing, all-powerful being exists that created us and sent
down
his word to mankind, then why are there so many religions (that all think
they have the one truth) with so many different dogmas and conceptions of
this all-knowing, all powerful being?
Even within the world's mainline religions, there are all sorts of
different
sects that are often at each other's throats. Wouldn't a god who is
all-knowing and all-powerful be able to convey to mankind knowledge and
values in a competent manner?
Doesn't all this disagreement and fragmentation indicate that religion is
man-made?
