Hi Pasture Frank,
You can't just delve into the holy mantra of the Christian dogma to
try to prove a point. The disciples that the Catholic Church deemed
acceptable were cherry picked and likely as not colored their, less
than objective, beliefs to fit their ideas of what humans should be
like.
First prove God - then we can quibble over his attributes, and what he
may have said or didn't say.
Humans are screwed up and they understood that much - but putting an
even more screwed up religion and gospel into some semblance of a
moral code (is, quite frankly, a good idea) that the religions control
is a recipe for - well, recipe for what we have - the death of a
pretty nice planet at the hands of men.
