How to complain about chung outside of google and where to complain

I've been banned from google and because of chung I now know how to 
complain about him from outside of google... go to

This is the official google groups help center site and from this area 
you will find a complaint has already been filed under "group suggestions"

ADD your voice!  Note that your complaints about chung have had such an 
effect that a vast majority of his accounts have been banned!  Working 
together, we can stop him and I see a very fast demise to his spamming.

If we work together, Christians, Scientist and non believers, we can 
then get back to the business of telling each other off but in the mean 
time, we all have a abusive spammer to rid of once and for all.
