Dude, this is so funny.
In this state, they only keep you for a few days, (evaluation), not enough
money or facilities here. All who are at least minimally functional are
sent away by taxi, back into society, anywhere they want to be dropped
off.
That just tickles the hell out of me, having been through a few "trials"
myself, that they couldn't put me away (not possible here).
I was recently formerly in sales. On several occasions, I have went into
psych wards, selling supplies. It always tickles me, that they don't have
enough room for me, "no vacancies".
The thing to worry about is that doctors can push, to have a person
committed, just to be able to run up the bill (state pays the bill for
those
committed). It's dangerous then, cause of the drugs, treatments, other
freaks in the cage, and the fact that you can't leave. In some states, you
can never ever leave.
The main thing is that you must appear functional. It looks good if you
have credit cards, drivers license, auto and insurance, job, home,
furni****ngs, food, and decent hygene? You also should not appear suicidal
or self-destructive, or harmful in society. You should also know the year,
month, and date.
Sorry to ramble,

Yeah I've heard stories like that :( This was just an outpatient thing,
I went in for like 90 minutes and we had a talk. No one in my family has
ever been committed, though my sister has stayed in a respite house, and
I intend to keep it that way. :P

I have put much of this work online, that those who may need it can find
it
by doing a google search for the keyword: djsaintly. You may use any of
this
material to minister to others freely.
