Scripture is another name for an old book written by ancient people who,
like you, thought there was a god.  In their day they claimed 'He' was
just above the clouds, hence the trip by Moses to the top of a mountain.
[was he a charlatan to come down proclaiming he had a one on one with a
god?]

The only thing that scripture says is 'wake up this is all mythgology'

As for the likeness, it was one of those early scripture writers who
claimed we were made 'in His image'
Humans are so arrogant, when they have a god it has to look like us!

 At least on the Indian Continent they are honest enough to carve their
gods with animal heads and many other variations'

Had you had the misfortune to have been orphaned a age two and then been
adopted by a Hindu family you would be here now propagating a god that has
the body of a woman and the head of an elephant !
