christianity isn't the clean religion the bible is refering to in this
quoted passage........
christianity didn't even exist when this quote is alledged to have
been made.
so the clean religion was the earlier hebrew faith.
christianity is one of the newest religions on the planet.
so you can't borrow the mantle of cleaniness from another religion and
make it your won.
you are stuck with the religion you have chosen.
at least that is what jesus is saying.
unless you are hebrew you are not clean of this clean religion.
no matter how bad you want to claim you are clean.
that doesn't make christianity irrelevant or untrue.
just christians can't continue to borrow the hebrew mantle and use it.
while dissing moses' laws.
